The meeting date is definite JUNE 19th – June 22nd and checking out on the 23rd.<\/p>\n

We are all coming together and uniting in 2014 for one “BIG EVENT”. We feel this will not only increase the attendance to the meeting but will be much nicer because the people can plan their family vacation at the same time.<\/p>\n

Jeff Davis informed me that he would be willing to take the youth and do various activities with them in\u00a0the\u00a0youth meeting area or they may\u00a0accompany the parents, and adults joining Home Missions and The Inchristed Life in \u201cPraise and Worship\u201d services.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0If you are a Youth Leader or would just like to help in this area\u00a0the youth\u00a0would most enjoy it because\u00a0as we all know that the youth need fellowship and proper guidance\u00a0to become our future leaders!\u00a0 So if you are a Youth Minister\/Leader, or could help\u00a0in this area we would be very appreciative so please call Pam at 918-760-6933 to let her know you are willing and able to lead and\/or assist in the Youth activities and guidance.The Resort is kind enough to extend the room rates to the people for the same price 3 days before and\/or 3 days after the event. This will give the people family time to enjoy the sights, shows and\/or amusement parks.<\/p>\n

I have several rooms blocked off for this meeting, some things have changed since the flyer has been sent out regarding the meeting. \u00a0All rooms will have to be paid for 120 days before the meeting, the resort has said 90 days, but I want to allow 30 days for myself, so that we can get all the I’s dotted and T’s crossed before I have to turn the room list into them.<\/p>\n

Everyone will pay through this website, and contacting me, so that I can mark your room paid down on the spreadsheet, along with the type of room. \u00a0This way, everyone will get the room “Tax Free”. \u00a0It will save anywhere from 7.00 to 20.00 per night depending on the type of room you selected.<\/p>\n

Another note….I have found out that\u00a0I am able to put a box for explanation on donation,\u00a0rooms or general fund for you to select when donating. Please keep in mind that this is new to me so be patient, and try to work with me to make sure I am getting the funds entered in correctly so there is not any mistakes regarding the way you want your money dispersed.\u00a0\u00a0I will help in any way that I can if\u00a0you need\u00a0assistance\u00a0please call Pam Oliver at\u00a0918-760-6933.<\/p>\n

We under-stand money\/funds are hard to come by and you need to donate wisely, but keep in mind when donating that the “General Fund” is to be used for the rent on the meeting room\u00a0and any other fees associated with the meeting, that are not covered in the room rate.\u00a0 Normally Ken or I don’t accept donations for ourselves but this money will be used to make\u00a0the “BIG EVENT” very special for everyone that attends.<\/p>\n

We are also looking into a few other things such as discounted tickets\/attractions and Meal planning.<\/p>\n
