Well….its that time again. I am getting the rooming list together for the Branson meeting on June 30th, 2016 to July 4, 2016. We have been having a fabulous time at the meetings. Hope everyone that was there last year, we will see again this year. I hope we will see new faces there as well.. The rates are the same for the traditional queen rooms as they were last year $65.00 plus 5% tax (vs the 13%). The 1 bedroom villa is now $130.00 and the 2 bedroom villas are now $225.00. I was told last year that they were going to have the water park on premises this year, but I have not verified that yet. Get with me as soon as you can, so I can get these booked. I don’t have much time to get the 1st round in, or they will take some of the rooms I have blocked off. All rooms need to add 5% tax rate. The Inchristed life has been paying the tax on the units, the tax is only for Missouri tax, they don’t accept the tax exemption on the state portion, only on the federal portion. Sleeps up to 8; King size bed in master with Jacuzzi bath/shower, king size bed in second bedroom with jetted bath or shower, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room with fireplace, 2 sleeper sofas, large screen TV’s, washer/dryer.
One and Two Bedroom Cabins: Limited Availability
One bedroom sleeps 4 with open floor plan, two bedroom sleeps 6; King size beds, sleeper sofa, Jacuzzi baths, fully equipped kitchen, large screen TV, washer/dryer.
